Objective:
-Â Â Create a one of a kind trading algorithm in which-ever market, that will withstand rigorous back-testing and live market testing.
- Start from drawing board or continue an already successful algorithm that you have started.
Requirements:
- Have a proven track record of successfully developing trading strategies
- At least 5 years of experience in live testing and optimizing trading algorithms to take advantage of market inefficiencies.
- Understanding financial markets, trading strategies, and related products.
- At least 5 years of experience as a quantitative analyst in the financial industry, specifically in creating technical trading strategies based on historical price data and conducting backtesting.
- Have at least 5 years of experience using statistical software and programming languages like Python, R, MATLAB, or others, including compiled languages like C++.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field like mathematics, statistics, physics, computer science, or engineering.

About the role:
The Inside Sales Representative is a commission only role (unless you're in leadership with salary + commission) for a high-energy, motivated, and experienced setter, closer or sales leader.
This role is a full-time, in-house role (NO AGENCIES) with the potential for multiple 6-figure + compensation.
You must be an A-player with a relentless work ethic. You will not survive here if you only do enough work to get a paycheck.
You are expected to take 100 live calls per month. For example, 130 booked calls and 30 no-shows equals 100 monthly live calls.
With this responsibility, you will have an opportunity to help individuals change their lives forever. The utmost care and respect is needed for this position. (i.e., being late for calls, not taking notes, and breaking compliance rules will not be tolerated.)
What you’ll work on:
- Conduct live sales calls with leads via phone and Zoom
- Manage your pipeline daily
- Set calls/work leads when no sales calls are scheduled (during working hours)
- Managing your appointments and tracking leads
- Close as many deals as you possibly can
- Complete end-of-day KPI reports
- Attend regular company, department, and manager meetings/trainings
- Meet and exceed monthly objectives and KPIs
Requirements for this role:
- Minimum of 6 months sales experience working remote on High Ticket offers.
- Own computer setup and strong WiFi connection.
- Strong Zoom experience as well as other telephony systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both with customers and cross-departmentally.
- Strong CRM Experience (HubSpot preferred).

Bookkeeper
Bookkeeper would be responsible for several duties related to managing financial records these responsibilities may include:
• Processing payments, invoices, income and receipts and entering data into accounting software or databases then filing hard copies
• Preparing financial statements showing business income and expenditure
• Paying vendor invoices and tracking bank account balances
• Verifying the accuracy of business accounts and alerting the Accountant of errors
• Recording any inconsistencies to help the Accountants reconcile inaccuracies
• Developing monthly financial statements including cash flow, profit and loss and balance sheets
• Preparing employee wages
• Managing employee expense claims
• Helping the Accountant with administrative duties and preparing yearly accounts

Involves but not limited to working with a budget, target group & goals and doing the planning and execution of the social campaigns with the self service tools of Facebook/Instagram, Google and YouTube.
